Terms & Conditions

​These terms and conditions outline the collaboration process, revision policy, payment, and file delivery, ensuring clarity and a smooth working relationship between the client and the illustrator.

  1. Client Provided References:

    • Client may share any visual references they have in mind.

  2. Sketch and Final Design:

    • Following the client's references, I will create a preliminary sketch and then proceed to the final design.

  3. Revision Policy:

    • Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions.

    • First Revision: After the sketch is presented. It must align with the provided references and can't significantly change the concept.​​

    • Second Revision: After the final design is presented. Minor adjustments are allowed.

    • Additional revisions beyond two will incur a fee of 15% of the illustration fee per revision.

  4. Conceptual Changes:

    • If the requested revision significantly shifts from the provided references, it will be treated as a new illustration and will incur an additional charge.

  5. Payment:

    • Clients are required to submit 50% down payment based on the project quotation before the project starts.

    • Finalized files will be delivered to clients after the full payment confirmation done.

  6. Delivery of Files and File Formats:

    • Files will be sent by email

    • Clients will receive raster images in PSD, PNG, and PDF formats.

    • For screen printing purposes, vector files in AI and PDF formats will be provided.
